Online Payment Options
We allow users to purchase products using only the following forms of payment.

Payments have to be made in full and the items will be shipped only after we receive the payment confirmation. Please note that payments can only be made in Indian Rupees and all the above payment instruments must have been issued by legal entities that are subject to Indian regulations and are operational in India

Minimum order
There is no minimum order requirement.

Pricing and availability
All prices are listed in Rupees (INR). The prices are inclusive of all taxes.
If the products that you purchased is/are not available, we will promptly call / inform you electronically within two working days of your purchase and fully refund the money for the out-of-stock item(s).

Payments
We offer multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can rest assured that our trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.
You may use Internet Banking, Gift Card, Cash on Delivery, and Wallet to make your purchase. We also accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards in India and 21 other countries.

Hidden charges
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Pazhassi garden. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay for  most products. But for some products an additional shipping fee may be charged. This will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.

Shipping Charges
We currently do not offer free shipping. The shipping cost is calculated automatically during checkout based on your delivery location, total order weight, and packaging requirements. The exact shipping fee will be added to your final bill before completing payment. This ensures full transparency in pricing and allows us to use reliable delivery services to protect the plants during transit.

Minimum Order Value
To process an order on our website, the minimum cart value must be ₹299 or above.
This helps us maintain efficient packaging, handling, and logistics while ensuring your plants are shipped in the best possible condition.


Cash on Delivery (C-o-D)
Currently, We don't provide Cash on Delivery Facility.

How do I pay using a credit/debit card?
We accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued in India.

Credit cards
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, and three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card).

Debit cards
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards.
To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), and three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on Pazhassi garden?
Your online transaction on Pazhassi garden is secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet. All credit card and debit card payments on Pazhassi garden are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.

Internet Banking Payment
We offer you the convenience of using your bank's Internet Banking service to make a payment towards your order. With this, you can directly transfer funds from your bank account while conducting a highly secure transaction.

What is the credit card EMI option?
With our credit card EMI option, you can choose to pay in easy installments of 3, 6, 9, 12, 18*, or 24 months* with credit cards from leading banks.
You may check with the respective bank/issuer on how a cancellation, refund or pre-closure could affect the EMI terms, and what interest charges would be levied on you for the same.


How do I make a payment using the credit card EMI option?
Once you've added the desired items to your shopping cart, proceed with your order as usual by entering your address. When you're prompted to choose a payment mode for your order, select 'EMI' & follow these simple steps:

  • Choose the credit card issuing bank you wish to pay from

  • Select the EMI plan of your preference

  • Enter your credit card details

  • Click 'Save and Pay'

Please note that the full amount will be charged on your card on the day of the transaction.
